I’ve lost my name on IRC! Some prick is using it now, so I’m having to resort to using “Decaffeinator” to avoid having dashes or shit after my name.

I logged onto IRC today, and received a notification from my BNC that I had private messages (like usual). So I check them, and see that my BNC has disconnected while I was offline… again…

Not that it usually concerned me. So I clicked on the #aus.gather channel in my list… and notice that my name is “SpiltCoffee881″.

“wat”, I think.

I quickly /whois SpiltCoffee, and find that someone has taken my name! My BNC rejoined Quakenet 6 minutes too late to reclaim my nickname. D:
